Workshops
Through ARTS By The People, Paul has been teaching creative writing workshops for the past 14 years. In his creative writing classes he focuses on fiction, poetry and memoir writing to students of all ages, backgrounds, and expertise levels.
Paul’s goal is to improve the confidence and writing skills of each member of the workshop. He accomplishes this by creating an inclusive environment that fosters an atmosphere of support among members. Additionally, a major learning goal for participants is to delve deeper into their creative process and hone their craft while bringing their personal stories to the page. Students leave Paul’s workshop with a body of work and are encouraged to publish.
